NSTI Development Strategy Plan Study
- Develop the system design and longtermplanning for the NSTI program
- Analyze the major construction and operation issues involving policies and regulations, fund-raising, operating mechanism and security system of the NSTI program
- Design the framework and supporting mechanism for S&T resources co-sharing
- Promote formulating and promulgating relevant laws and regulations of S&T resources co-sharing in accordance with the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Science and Technology Progress
