• Create visions for next generation of the NSTI program and prepare new development strategy plan
• Guide building and operation of the public S&T resources co-sharing platforms by regions, industries supporting SMEs innovation
• Carry out three key technical tasks: constructing and administrating the portal of the NSTI, key S&T resources survey and NSTI standardization establishing
