- Share and exchange experiences on S&T resources co-sharing platforms construction and management
- Promote co-sharing of information of scientific data, S&T literature and large-scale equipments & instruments
- Promote cooperation and collaboration on building of the Portal of the NSTI (www.escience.gov.cn)
- Train professional administrative personnel and technical staffs for S&T resources management
Develop Unilateral and Multilateral Cooperations and Communications
- Strengthen the cooperation with international organizations like CODATA and W3C
- Establish cooperation and communication channels with the professional institutes for S&T resources mangement and efficient utilization in foreign countries (United States, European Union, Russia, etc.. )
